We are based in the Western Cape and therefore offer a benefit for the local wine and related industries. We currently supply equipment countrywide and to the neighboring countries. We also undertake turn-key projects – from the design of buildings, infrastructure, facilities and stainless equipment for the client’s premises, up to the installation and commissioning.

Our close proximity to an International shipping line port and an International Airport enhances exporting our products to countries such as Mauritius, the Americas and the Far East.

A bit of background

The company was formed in 2006 as Imvusa Trading 1319cc t/a Imvusa Stainless. The partnership was formed between Petersen Engineering, a well-established manufacturing company, and a group of individuals with many years of experience in food and beverage equipment.

This partnership has enabled our company to take advantage of the existing infrastructure of Petersen Engineering and the technical and commercial expertise of the partners’ experience in the design and manufacture of stainless steel tanks and equipment in the food and beverage industry.

Our core business is the design, manufacture and supply of stainless steel tanks and associated equipment for the wine, dairy, fruit juice, brewery, pharmaceutical and water purification industries. Our main market for wine equipment is in the Western and Northern Cape whilst we supply other products country wide, in neighboring countries, Mauritius and South America.

We work in the following industries : Wine, food and beverage, breweries, agriculture, chemical, pharmaceutical, dairy, mining, pulp and paper and petro-chemical.
